Ankur Singh

Ankur Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and software development. Ankur is currently working as a Junior Full Stack Data Scientist at Aganitha Cognitive Solutions, where they developed a Python+R toolkit for scRNA sequencing analysis and created a dashboard to visualize experiment results. Ankur also collaborated with researchers and effectively communicated technical issues.

Prior to this, Ankur worked as a Data Science Intern at Aganitha Cognitive Solutions, where they worked with pharmaceutical clients on various problem statements related to drug discovery, monoclonal antibody synthesis, and cancer vulnerabilities. Ankur developed EDA tools and ML models, set up pipelines for discovering novel drug candidates, and automated deployment using K8s.

Ankur also has experience as a Mobile Application Developer at UnoCareer. Ankur developed modules for the Placements and Assessments features in the mobile application, implemented an autosuggestion service using elasticsearch, and created an employability score calculator.

Additionally, Ankur worked as a Front-End UI Developer and collaborator at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Ankur contributed to creating animation frameworks for various subjects and also assisted with back-end development.

Ankur Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Ankur has obtained several certifications in various topics, including Deep Learning, Encoder Decoder models, Introduction to Object Detection, Convolutional Neural Networks, Deep Convolutional Neural Networks, Introduction to Pytorch, Machine Learning with Matlab, Sequence Models, Feedforward Neural Networks, Optimization Algorithms, Sigmoid Neuron, Training Feedforward Neural Networks, Matlab Onramp, and Primitive Neurons. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park, and MathWorks.
