Starting over 55 years ago selling cleaning chemicals in Melbourne, Agar now operates right across Australia in office buildings, schools, hospitals, stadiums and major events. 

With a philosophy focused on the customer, Agar has always strived to go that little bit further for the cleaner. This has been through formulating products that get the job done, ongoing technical support and complete cleaning systems. 

The company is currently moving towards green cleaning with a criterion that includes more biodegradable ingredients, increased usage of renewable resources and independent environmental accreditations (GECA).
