Toby ( Bear) Doyal

Toby (Bear) Doyal has worked in the construction industry since 2004. Theircurrent role is Field Operations Manager at Agate, Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were Project Superintendent at Evans Consoles (2018-2021), Superintendent at Trimbuilt Construction, Inc. (2017), Project Superintendent at Roche Constructors, Inc. (2015-2017), Project Manager/Superintendent at SMC Builders Inc. (2013-2015), Site Manager at KBR, Inc. (2012-2013), Project Manager at Atlantic Marine Construction (2010-2012), Superintendent at Senderro Construction (2008-2010), and Project Superintendent at Marcobay Construction (2004-2008). During their roles, they have been responsible for ground up construction projects, scheduling for subcontractors, managing the workforce, quality control issues, and site safety and health.

Toby Doyal attended Austin Community College from 1992 to 1993, studying Construction Management. Toby ( Bear) has obtained several certifications, including Environmental from FT Polk, LA in July 2014, Payroll from US Army Corps of Engineers in October 2011, Forklift & Scissor Lift from United Rentals in December 2010, QCS/RMC from US Army Corps of Engineers in October 2010, and CQM from US Army Corps of Engineers in August 2010.
