Joel Boonstra

Joel is a Partner and the Director of Hosting. In addition to helping with hosting support, building software, and general troubleshooting, he’s also responsible for building internal tools and general business management tasks.

Joel loves getting to the bottom of a technical mystery, not only because the detective work is fun but also because he enjoys making people happy by solving their problems (and as a bonus: developing new skills in the process). He collects odd bits of knowledge from a variety of places, which helps him connect things he’s come across in the past to help him solve a new problem or remove roadblocks so that people can get done what they need to get done.
