Prior to Agathos, Steve was the Founder & COO at Agathos and also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Big Health and as a Software Product Manager - Overall Product Success Lead at Epic.

Steve has a passion for helping others and improving the healthcare industry. Steve is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the lives of those around him.

Steve Waye has a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Pennsylvania. Steve also has certification from Epic in Epic Cupid, Epic MyChart, and Epic Radiant.
