Franck Horel

Franck Horel is currently the Responsable des ressources humaines at AGB, where they oversee the implementation of training policies, manage personnel administration, and develop the employer brand. Prior to this role, Franck worked as a juriste en droit social at ACOSS, providing legal advice on HR issues and participating in national reorganization projects. Franck also gained experience in various HR roles at Esset Property Management and Groupe Renault, managing recruitment processes and advising on labor relations. Franck holds a Master 2 in Droit Social et Gestion des Ressources Humaines from Université Paris X Nanterre and a BTS in Management des unités commerciales from AFIPE.
