John Cranston grew up in Philadelphia and graduated with honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2007. They began their career in Los Angeles, working with clients and studios such as Ant Farm, Comedy Central, and Hornet, while also contributing as an editor for Motionographer.com. As a creative director, John has led projects for notable names including Google, Saturday Night Live, and The Foo Fighters. In 2010, they co-founded Visual Creatures with Ryan McNeely, evolving it from a small operation into a partnership with AGBO, a production company with a focus on film titles, commercials, and music videos. John currently serves as the creative director at AGBO, continuing to innovate within the animation industry.
