Matt Davidson is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in executive roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at AGBO since September 2025, Matt previously held the position of VP and CFO at Amazon Studios from December 2022 to September 2025. Prior to that, Matt worked at MGM from January 2015 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Deputy CFO, and EVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Matt's career began at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, both in Assurance and Business Advisory roles, between January 1999 and December 2002. Matt holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara, earned between January 1996 and January 2000.
