Lance Donny

Lance Donny's work experience includes various executive roles in the technology and agriculture industries. Lance is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AgCode, a farm management software company that was acquired by Wilbur-Ellis in 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of SWIIM System, Ltd., a leading provider of water delivery monitoring and accounting solutions.

Lance also founded and served as the CEO of OnFarm Systems, a company that developed a cloud-based farm information system integrating data from multiple sources. Before that, they were the CFO and Vice President of Business Development at PureSense, where they managed the financial duties and played a key role in the company's strategy and forecasting.

Additionally, Lance has experience in business consulting as the Managing Partner of Valley Ventures Group, where they handled M&A transactions and capital formation for early-stage companies. Lance also held executive positions at United Security Bank and ICG Financial, overseeing operations, investments, and sales.

Lance began their career as the Co-Founder and CEO of Brightcode, a custom software development company that grew to be one of the largest in the region. Lance also worked as a Vice President at MBIA, focusing on new technologies.

Lance Donny pursued higher education from 1987 to 1990 at California State University, Fresno, where they studied Accounting.
