Thaddeus Stephens

Thaddeus Stephens serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Product and Strategy at The Myers-Briggs Company since March 2011, where transformative legal and strategic initiatives have positioned the company as a leader in digital soft skills development. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate development aspects such as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Thaddeus holds an advisory role at AgColo, a startup focused on IoT and SaaS for the cannabis and hemp sectors, since March 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Covad Communications, co-founder of Equilar, Inc., and various legal associate positions at notable law firms.
