Erica Calderis

Erica Calderis is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, human resources, and administrative operations. Currently serving as Fulfillment Manager at AGDATA, LP since January 2023, Erica previously held the role of Regional Administrative Manager at Rush Enterprises, Inc. from January 2019 to December 2022. With over eight years at Conservation Legacy in various roles, including Program Coordinator and Office Manager, Erica managed recruitment processes and supported a significant number of VISTA Members across multiple states. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Mountain State University complement Erica's extensive experience in project and budget management, operational efficiency, and customer service, honed further through prior roles in restaurant management and sales.
