Kelle Barfield

Kelle Barfield has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Kelle currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Operations at AGDATA, LP, where they provide data collection, management, and analytical solutions for clients in the Crop and Animal Health industries. Prior to this, Kelle worked at HealthEquity, initially as the VP of HR - People Business Partners, Operations/Compliance & HRIS, where they played a vital role in guiding the organization through a major acquisition integration and the transition to remote work. Kelle also held the position of Vice President, Relationship Management at HealthEquity (WageWorks, A Subsidiary of HealthEquity) and played a key role in creating a strong partnership for employers and providers in the health savings and consumer-directed benefits field. Kelle's experience also includes roles at Monarch - A Business Transformation Consultancy, LLC, Benefitfocus, ADP, Mill Springs Academy, Automatic Data Processing, and Northern Trust Retirement Consulting (now AON/Hewitt), where they showcased their expertise in areas such as coaching, business transformation, talent management, client services, and IT management.

Kelle Barfield has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Summa Cum Laude & Phi Beta Kappa) from Vanderbilt University. Their major was Economics, with concentrations in Business, Tech, English, and Women's Studies.

Kelle also obtained the following certifications: Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation in March 2011, and Certified Professional Co-active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute in March 2011.

Additionally, in June 2020, Kelle Barfield obtained the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
