Shikha Gangwar

Shikha Gangwar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Shikha started their career in 1997, working for IT services companies in Pune and Delhi, where they held various positions such as recruiter, HR generalist, and manager HR until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, Shikha worked at IBM as a manager HR, where they established and managed the HR organization for the India business unit. Shikha then joined Optiva Inc. in 2012 as an HR leader for the APAC region and Pune, responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives. In 2018, they moved to Cotiviti as a senior manager HR, overseeing employee engagement, value propositions, and retention strategies. In 2020, Shikha joined GlobalStep as the Head of Human Resources until 2023. Currently, they are the India Head of HR at AGDATA, LP.

Shikha Gangwar's education history starts with their Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Food Science from St. Anthony's Senior Secondary School. Shikha completed this degree from 1989 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in HR & OD from the International Institute for Special Education in Lucknow, from 1995 to 1997. Recently, in 2020, they obtained a Master's Certification in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

In addition to their formal education, Shikha Gangwar has also obtained two certifications. In February 2018, they completed a course on "Learning to Be Assertive" from LinkedIn, and in January 2018, they obtained a certification on "Gretchen Rubin on Creating Great Workplace Habits" from the same platform.
