Gloria Mamba

As a member of the Group’s Executive Management Board, Ms. Mamba’s responsibilities at TDB encompass leading the targeted initiatives in for innovative and sustainable solutions in the region, where she is focused on inclusive growth in the member's states as well as overseeing the Bank’s core lending operations in southern Africa, delivering on key business targets.

Prior to joining TDB Group, Ms. Mamba has served in senior management capacities at Deloitte Consulting, Global Environment Fund, and the Development Bank of Southern Africa. She has also served as a Board member at various corporate and fund entities across the continent.

Ms. Mamba has almost 30 years’ experience in financial services with strong investment and management skills, business development, strategy and operations. She has a BA (cum laude) in Economics from Barnard College of Columbia University and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.
