Siobhan Raffie

Siobhan Raffie is an HR professional with global experience in investment management and impact investing, currently serving as the Head of HR at AgDevCo Ltd since 2022. They previously held positions as an HR Consultant at Sanlam Investment Management and as a Human Capital Business Partner at Ninety One, among others. Siobhan also contributed as Vice Chair of the HR Portfolio at UCT RAG and has a strong educational background from the University of Cape Town, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology and Political Analysis and pursued further studies in Digital Marketing and Corporate Coaching.
