Adele Taylor is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Age UK since July 2023, Adele previously held the role of People and Culture Advisor at QFM Group for a brief period in early 2023. Adele's background includes significant tenure at Age UK, where roles ranged from HR Consultant to People Development Consultant from 2016 to 2023. Prior to that, a prolonged career at Boots UK included various leadership positions such as Leadership Academy Trainer, Store Manager, Group Operations Manager, Team Manager, and Loss Prevention Investigator, starting in 1992 and concluding in 2016. Adele's foundational education was completed at Brinsworth Comprehensive School.
