Meg Jacobs

Meg Jacobs is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Senior External Affairs Manager for Age UK since February 2025, and as a Mental Health First Aider for MHFA since September 2019. Previously, Meg held the position of Public Affairs Adviser at The Law Society, focusing on political influence regarding constitutional issues, the rule of law, human rights, and mental health. Experience also includes various roles at the House of Commons, where Meg served as Senior Parliamentary Assistant, Office Manager, and Parliamentary Advisor, alongside an internship. Other notable contributions include advocacy volunteering for Rethink Mental Illness and participating as a Campaigns Ambassador for Cancer Research. Meg's early involvement included supervising youth discussions for Youth Parliament and a formative internship within a Parliamentary office. Meg holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of East Anglia, completed in 2018.
