Johan Lam is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO for Asia at Ageas, a position they have held since 1999. Prior to this, they served as Deputy General Manager at The Bank of East Asia, Limited from 1995 to 1999 and as a Personal Banker at CIBC in 1994-1995. Johan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a joint major in Finance & MIS and Economics from Simon Fraser University between 1988 and 1992, and later completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Newcastle in 2008.
