Amanda Thompson

Amanda Thompson is currently the Interim Head of ESG at Ageas UK, where they think and work creatively to enable ideas into realities. They have extensive experience in leadership roles, including serving as the Global Senior Manager of ESG at Element Materials Technology and the Culture Programme Lead at Lloyd's, where they established strategic initiatives for employee engagement and wellbeing. Previous roles also include positions at UBS, Credit Suisse, and Zurich Insurance, where they focused on business strategy, communication, and operational transformation. Amanda holds a diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a degree in Marketing Management and Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
