Glen D'Souza is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience in the insurance industry. D'Souza began a career at CIS as a Motor Pricing Actuary from September 2003 to August 2007, followed by a position at Aviva UK as a Claims Analysis Actuary from August 2007 to May 2012. Since May 2012, D'Souza has served as the Head of Technical Pricing at Ageas Insurance Limited, specializing in statistical modeling for pricing Private Car, Household, Bike, and Van policies while managing a high-performing team of eight. D'Souza holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Maths Operational Research Statistics Economics from the University of Warwick, graduated with first-class honors and achieved top of the class. Education was completed after attending Brentwood School from 1982 to 1989.
