Jo Matthews

Jo Matthews has over 19 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Ageas in the UK since June 2004. Previously, Jo held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Cims Ltd from February 1998 to May 2004, and worked as an HR Assistant at both Cooper Vision and British American Tobacco in 1998 and 1996-1997 respectively. Jo Matthews holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1999 and 2001, and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Solent University, completed from 1994 to 1998.
