Robin Spooner

Robin Spooner has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Operational Planning - Claims at Ageas UK since January 2015. Previous roles at Ageas UK include Head of Operational Planning and Reporting and Senior IT Relationship Manager. Prior to this, Robin held several positions at Ageas Insurance Solutions from April 2007 to January 2015, including Senior Commercial Manager, Operations Manager, and Team Manager. Responsibilities encompassed leadership and management of teams focused on sales and service functions in personal lines insurance, with a specialization in managing 'white label' propositions in collaboration with brands such as AON, AIG, and John Lewis. Robin earned a BSc (Hons) in Property with Business Studies from Staffordshire University between 1999 and 2003.
