Sue Copling

Sue Copling is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and financial operations. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Finance and Head of Financial Operations at Ageas UK since December 2011, Sue reports to the CFO and leads a team of approximately 60 staff to deliver a comprehensive accounting service, focusing on processes such as P2P and O2C, as well as continuous improvement in business processes and internal controls. Prior to this role, Sue held various leadership positions at Carnival UK from October 2000 to June 2011, including Head of Corporate Accounting, Head of Financial Reporting and Planning, Head of Financial Reporting, Head of Financial Operations, and Head of Internal Audit.
