Tracy Spickett is an experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Lead at Ageas UK since January 2013, focusing on delivering optimized customer journeys and achieving strategic sales goals. Previous roles at Ageas include Head of Brand Marketing and Head of Acquisition & Customer Management, where Tracy oversaw extensive marketing campaigns across various channels. Prior to Ageas, Tracy held marketing positions at Castle Cover and RIAS, managing significant budgets and implementing successful acquisition and retention strategies. An active member of the ISBA AV Steering Group since September 2018, Tracy collaborates on best practices within the TV and Video media landscape. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a BA in Business Administration from the University of South Wales.
