Kim Eberman

Kim Eberman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of HRIS at AgeCare since August 2016, after progressing from the role of Manager of Workforce Optimization. Prior roles at AgeCare included Senior Human Resources Advisor from 2011 to 2016. Prior to joining AgeCare, Kim Eberman worked at Greyhound Canada Transportation ULC from 2004 to 2011, holding various positions such as Human Resources Analyst, HRIS Administrator, Benefits Analyst, and Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Management in Business Administration and Management from Athabasca University, Leadership in Longterm Care and Retirement Living from Conestoga College, and a Yellow Belt from Lean Six Sigma Canada.
