Tamara White

Tamara White is a passionate senior living leader with a focus on education, facilitation, and fostering inclusive environments. Currently serving as the Executive Director at AgeCare, they lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support to residents. Tamara's past experience includes roles as a Compliance Education Specialist at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority and a Program and Client Services Coordinator at Hospice of Waterloo Region, where they successfully implemented programs to enhance resident care. They hold a certificate in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging from AIHR and have contributed to various educational roles, including faculty positions at Conestoga College and ILAC.
