Asmae Kaddouri

Asmae Kaddouri possesses a diverse professional background with experience spanning global auditing, project finance, legal advisory, and journalism. As a Global Internal Auditor at Schneider Electric, Kaddouri oversaw audits for subsidiaries across Norway, Latin America, and France. At BNP Paribas CIB, Kaddouri served as a Project Finance Analyst focusing on the Energy and Infrastructure sectors in the EMEA region, managing 20 projects in various industries. Subsequent work at Gide Loyrette Nouel involved advising on M&A, private equity, and infrastructure transactions, specifically assisting institutions such as the IFC and the Moroccan Central Bank on NPL reform. Currently, Kaddouri holds the position of Private Equity Journalist at L'AGEFI, where coverage includes private equity, private debt, and infrastructure markets, along with interviewing key industry figures. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Business Law from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and a Grande Ecole degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
