Lydie Macrez is an experienced financial and administrative leader with a strong background in managing large teams and departments across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Directrice administrative et financière at Agefiph since May 2018, Lydie previously held leadership roles at Transitions Pro Île-de-France and Fongecif Île-de-France, overseeing teams of up to 80 individuals and contributing to strategic financial planning and organizational restructuring.
