Solange Teyssier has dedicated their career to promoting the employment of individuals with disabilities. They began their journey as a conseiller at Mission Locale from 1998 to 2003, assisting young people in their professional integration. Solange then worked as a chargé de mission handicap at IP2I-Medef Isère from 2006 to 2009, where they informed and mobilized companies on disability employment issues. Since 2010, they have served as a chargé d'études et de développement at Agefiph, managing initiatives to engage businesses in hiring workers with disabilities. Solange is currently pursuing a Maitrise in Sciences Economiques et Sociales at Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
