Sylvie Bec

Sylvie Bec is currently the Déléguée Régionale Adjointe for PACA and Corse at Agefiph, where they define and implement regional strategies for employment and training for people with disabilities, manage a team of 21, and oversee the regional intervention budget. Prior to this role, Sylvie was with the Adecco Group as Responsible for Development and Training from 1998 to 2007. They also held various positions at Agefiph, focusing on the deployment of handicap resources and supporting companies in their disability policies. Sylvie is pursuing advanced degrees in social administration and sociology at Aix-Marseille Université and EHESS.
