Ben Goodman

Ben Goodman is a seasoned entrepreneur and CEO with a strong background in the longevity and consumer goods sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of AgeMate, Goodman leads a Melbourne-based startup focused on developing daily nutritional products aimed at reversing biological aging. In parallel, Goodman co-founded My Silvi, a direct-to-consumer brand specializing in skincare-supportive bedding and fabrics, which garnered the 2021 'Best Beauty Hack' award from Prevention. Prior to these ventures, Goodman co-founded and exited Pod & Parcel, an innovative eCommerce brand that achieved significant revenue and recognition through features in major media outlets. Earlier career experiences include working as a Business Consultant at Capgemini, specializing in digital strategy and transformation across various industries, as well as an internship in customer marketing at Unilever. Ben Goodman holds both a Master’s Degree in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Monash University.
