«We have so many great candidates, it is so sad we can't offer them the right opportunity» is what Roger Thauvette, founder of Agence Carrières, said during his tenth year as a professional recruiter for a major corporation while going through  a pile of 200 curriculums. This was the inception of an idea that germinated into the fastest growing hiring agency in Québec only one year later.

Ce fut le début d'une idée qui a germé en l'agence de recrutement la plus dynamique au Québec seulement un an plus tard.
