Founded by Aurielle Kaminski in June 2022, Agency Eight is pioneering a community-first approach to creator marketing. Drawing from years of experience in-house at fast-growing CPG startups, Aurielle recognized the untapped potential of seeding and gifting to foster authentic relationships with influencers, tastemakers, and content creators. In 2026, Aurielle was honored on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List, as well as the Inc. Magazine 500 Female Founders.

Aurielle developed a proprietary methodology to scale gifting and seeding efforts while delivering measurable returns. This innovative approach—coined Performance Gifting—addresses the limitations of traditional influencer marketing and PR, offering a sustainable, results-driven solution for modern brands.

In the past four years, Agency Eight has collaborated with over 85 best-in-class brands in the CPG and Hospitality sectors. Their portfolio includes leading names like Jolie, Seed, Vacation Sunscreen, Alice Mushrooms, ILIA, Merit, m.ph beauty, and Momofuku Goods. Agency Eight continues to set a new standard for influencer partnerships, helping brands build meaningful, organic connections that drive real impact on and offline.
