Echo L. is a seasoned UX Architect currently employed at AgencyBloc since April 2021 and has been a User Experience Designer and Digital Marketing Strategist at Lake Superior College since February 2015. Previous experience includes roles as a Web Marketing Specialist at Essentia Health and various positions at UnitedHealth Group, where Echo served as a Senior User Experience Designer and User Interface Designer. Early career work involved positions as a Web Editor at Definity Health, User Interface Designer at Seleriti Corporation, and Designer/Cartographer at Hemisphere Field Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, along with certifications in UX and UX Management from the Neilsen Norman Group and additional training from Human Factors International and Product Talk.
