Dawn Bennett

Dawn Bennett is the Lead Coaching Director at Agent Rainmaker, where they help agents grow their businesses. With a career in the lettings industry beginning in 2003, Dawn became a Director of Operations at Concentric Sales & Lettings from 2007 to 2017. Since 2017, they have served as the Director of Tenancy Management Hub, managing property portfolios and hosting legal training events. Over their career, Dawn has managed over 5,000 properties and trained more than 200 letting agents. Currently, they co-present over 30 events and conferences each year, while also mentoring numerous agents on their professional journeys.
