Previously, Hobby held positions at various companies, including BRS Labs, where they significantly increased sales and secured major contracts, and Tyco, where they pioneered a new market for port security. With a proven track record of revenue growth and relationship building, Hobby has been instrumental in leading teams to achieve exceptional results across multiple sectors. They are also the owner of PatriotiQ, a consulting firm specializing in recruiting for the security and IT industries. Hobby earned a degree in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
