Agentee builds digital employees — AI colleagues that take on real back-office work across finance, operations, and admin, so your human team can focus on what truly matters.
These are not tools you use. They are colleagues that work inside your existing systems, communicate across email, chat, and Teams, make decisions, and learn — with humans in the loop where it counts.

What makes our digital employees different?
  - Available 24/7 — no breaks, no sick days, no burnout
  - Fully focused at all times
  - Scale instantly across tasks
  - Excel at repetitive, detail-heavy, judgment-based work

And they deliver real results: our colleagues handle the majority of invoices with no manual work, cut days off month-end close, and run processes 7× faster — and that's just the start of what they take on.

Meet a few of them: Alea runs finance operations like invoice processing and approvals. Claire handles insurance claims. More colleagues are on the way across the back office.

Built for European businesses: ISO 27001 servers, EU-hosted, GDPR-native from day one. Your data stays where it belongs.

Agentee is built by the team behind fino, with more than a decade in back-office, fintech, and automation. We're putting that experience into autonomous digital employees that work alongside human teams.
