Luis Pino has a long history of work experience. From 2009 to 2017, they served in various positions. In 2009, they were an Intern at Why Not Challenge. In 2010, they were a Strategy Intern at International Meal Company. In 2011, they were a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. In 2012, they were a Business Consultant at McKinsey & Company. In 2015, they were the Product Manager (First Employee) at CoverWallet. From 2017 to present, they have been the CEO & Founder of Agentero.

Luis Pino obtained a Dual BS in Business Administration and Law (E-3) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas between 2006 and 2012. Luis then earned a BS in Computer Science from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya between 2009 and 2013. In 2016, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley.
