Russell Gray

Russell Gray currently serves as VP of M&A at Agentis Longevity and as VP of Business Development at Shore Capital Partners. Previous roles include Deputy General Counsel at TechGC, where Russell engaged with peer communities of legal professionals, and various positions at Heyday, including Head of Legal and Senior Director of M&A. Russell also worked as Legal Counsel for M&A and Corporate Governance at Whirlpool Corporation and as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Russell's legal career began with a PILI Fellowship at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Chicago and summer associate positions during law school. Russell holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Juniata College.
