Phil Shepard

Phil Shepard is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background spanning various roles since December 2005. Currently serving as a Real Estate Analyst at ClearView Valuations, Phil assists banks and mortgage lenders with real estate services, while also operating as a realtor at AgentOwned Realty, facilitating negotiations and recruitment. Phil founded multiple successful businesses, including RealEstatePhotoFix.com, which provided executive leadership in photo editing and marketing, Pixel Media Group for lead generation services, Charleston Real Estate Media as Charleston's first professional real estate photography company, and iSave Realty, one of the first discount-commission brokerages in the area. Prior experience includes leading Insight Enterprises in providing field services for financial institutions. Phil is also credentialed with a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera.
