Deeksha Hebbar is a Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in scaling operations and driving business growth on a global scale, from Series B to post-IPO stages. They most recently owned a ~$600M global P&L at Sonder, leading a team of over 1,200 individuals and achieving significant improvements in operational performance. Deeksha has held key roles at notable companies including McKinsey, Google, and Airbnb, where they have consistently delivered results in financial and operational metrics. They hold a dual degree in Economics and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
