With extensive experience in strategic finance and data analytics, Alina has held leadership roles at Saltbox, including Head of Strategic Finance & Data Analytics and Head of Growth & Revenue Operations, where responsibilities included scaling teams and driving market launch strategies. Previously, Alina served as the Director of Marketing Analytics & Insights at Vail Resorts and as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, leveraging expertise in business operations and digital innovation. Alina's educational background includes an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
