Emily Schares

Emily Schares is currently the Senior Director of Delivery Management at Smith, a position they have held since 2025. Before this, they served as a Senior Project Manager at AgentSync from 2023 to 2025, and as a Program Manager at Gorilla Group from 2022 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Emily gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Prairie Brand Seed, LLC from 2013 to 2014, as well as in various roles at Echo Global Logistics in 2016, including Operations Manager and Senior Account Executive. Emily earned a degree in Management, Business from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
