Fernando Aires is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, health, and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Limited Partner and XPrize HealthSpan Fellow at R42 Group since August 2023, Fernando also holds advisory roles at TECHFIT Digital Surgery and AgeRate, where contributions focus on innovation in surgical technologies and personalized health diagnostics. As a Certified Bulletproof® Human Upgrade Coach with the Human Potential Institute since April 2017, Fernando specializes in enhancing individual performance. Previous leadership includes roles as Co-Founder & CEO of RealEstateTools.com and Director at PA Semi, along with significant experience at Apple in managing Intellectual Property for Silicon Engineering.
