Shae Pratcher has accumulated extensive experience at Agero, Inc., starting as a Roadside Assistance Associate and progressing to the roles of Customer Recovery Supervisor, Senior Customer Recovery Specialist, and Momentum Coach before becoming a Client Success Specialist and ultimately a Client Success Manager from June 2020 to the present.
