Pradeesh Thomas

Pradeesh Thomas has held various roles and positions throughout their work experience. Pradeesh started their career as a Board Member and later became President of the AlphaVista Division at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC. Pradeesh then went on to co-found RedRose Montessori School, focusing on creating a high-end Montessori school chain in the United States. Pradeesh also served as CEO of A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions, Inc., where they provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with developmental disabilities. Additionally, they founded and served as CEO of XceptionalLEARNING, a company dedicated to supporting special education professionals. Pradeesh has also been involved in various investment and advisory roles, including investor roles at EdTheory, Cacobean Chocolatier Private Limited, and Nimble, as well as an advisory role at Qruize Inc. Prior to these ventures, they founded SmartEdTech, a company focused on improving speech and language abilities in children with learning disabilities. Pradeesh Thomas completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Communications from Karnatak University between 1992 and 1996. Pradeesh also pursued Continuing Studies in 2010 at Stanford University. Prior to that, they studied Plus II in Maths at K G College Pampady from 1990 to 1992. Pradeesh completed their general studies at Baselious English School from 1979 to 1990.
