AgeSmart Community  Resources is a nonprofit organization which through programming, education, funding and advocacy provides coordinated services and support to enhance the lives of older adults and persons with disabilities.

Some of the many services made possible by the agency are: Information & Assistance, Transportation, Legal Services, Home Delivered Meals, Wellness Programs, Adult Protective Services, Respite for Caregivers, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren and Benefits Counseling.

Our service area includes the Illinois Counties of: Bond, Clinton, Madison, Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair and Washington.
