Carole Appleton

Carole Appleton currently serves as a Program Coordinator for the Massachusetts Senior Medicare Patrol at AgeSpan, focusing on case intakes related to healthcare errors, fraud, and abuse. Previously, Carole worked as a Specialized Case Investigator with the Montachusett Public Health Network and Partners In Health, conducting community outreach and delivering resources during the COVID-19 pandemic. A former paralegal and investigator, Carole supported elder fraud cases and provided assistance to various law firms. Additional experience includes serving as a Digital Marketing Consultant, Race Director for community road races, Executive Director of Amelia Park Ice Arena, and President of Pro Sports Intangibles, LLC. Carole's professional background in sports administration includes a significant role with the Springfield Falcons Hockey Team. Carole holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and English from Norwich University, along with a certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Boston University Metropolitan College.
