Jackie Titone

Jackie Titone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and provider relations, currently serving as the Manager of Contracts and Provider Relations at AgeSpan since November 2007, while also holding a position as a REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since August 2015. Previous roles include Director of the Northeast Region and Northeast Regional Network Manager at MBHP Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership, Outpatient Care Manager at Beacon Health Strategies, and Crisis Clinician at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Jackie’s early career featured significant leadership in crisis intervention and program management within the Greater Lawrence Mental Health community.
