Tom Sharp

Tom Sharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative operations and project management, currently serving as a Field Ombudsman at Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Clif Bar & Company for over a decade, including Senior Manager of Creative Operations, focusing on outsourcing, print production, and photo shoot management while demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance and color management. Previous experience encompasses roles as a Manager of Systems and Technology, Production Designer, and Founder of ContentWorks, showcasing a broad skill set in packaging design, image retouching, and project coordination. Tom began a career in the industry at Z Prepress in 1994, developing a solid foundation in prepress management and color accuracy, holding a B.F.A. in Commercial and Advertising Art from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
